About us
Both our founders, Sonny and Lee, supported grandparents through dementia, and watched people close to them battle depression and mental health struggles. These experiences taught us that brain health isn't just about memory and ageing, but shapes how we think, feel, cope, and connect.
That belief built Neurolithic. And our mission is to help three million people rebuild the conditions their brains evolved for.
Everything we make is grounded in real research. Co-founder Lee Glanville authored the Lipid Encephalisation and Mismatch Hypothesis (LEMH), which is a framework exploring how modern life conflicts with 15 million years of human evolution. It's the scientific backbone behind every product and course we release.
The paper is available as a pre-print, pending peer-review.
